A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ADDITIONAL MARINA FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, California, that
)~EREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and
published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and de-
clared on the 17th day of September, 1962, for the work to be done
and the improvement to be made as described and specified in Resol-
ution No.3523 entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco approving Plans and Specifications
authorizing the Work and calling for Bids on the Improvement of
South San Francisco Marina - Additional Marina Facilities''.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject the proposals or bids
submitted by the following:
Ralph Larsen & Son, Inc.
Prodanovich, Inc.
2. That said Council hereby orders that upon City receiving
consent from/ Dlvl$io~ of 8mll Cr~ft H~or8 to contract for the addi-
tional Marina facilities with Hart & Hynding, Inc., said bid or
proposal stand accepted and the contract for doing the work and
improvement and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment
necessary therefor be entered into.
3. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder, and
to authorize, receive and approve all bonds in connection there-
with, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest
his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~g~lar meeting held on the 1st
