RESOLUTION NO. 2590
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING.THE PREVAILING
WAGE SCALE FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDING
IN CONNECTION WITH T~EIMPROVEM~NTOF "RARBOR~WAY"
AND ,ALLEN AVENUE".
BE IT RESOLVED by the:City, Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California that ,.
WHEREAS the City Council~ of s~id City has ascertained
the general prevailing rate of Per diem wages in the locality in
which public work is proposed to.be, performed for work of a similar
character to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 2567
adopted on ~January 6, 1958; and
WHEREAS said rate of .per diem wages is. set forth and
contained in the specifications for said project, copies of which
are on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS this City Council has duly considered said scale
and does find the same to be c, rrect in all particulars,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED, AND
ORDERED AS FOLLOWS;
1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications
is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem
wages for work of a similar character to that above described in the
lcmlity in which such public work is proposed to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under said
Resolution of Intention.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a meeting held this 3rd
day of March 1958, by the following vote:
