RESOLUTION NO. 2621
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2612 ENTITLED
"A RESOL~ION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS"
MADRONE AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the .City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that Resolution No. 2612 entitled "A Reso-
lution Calling for Sealed Proposals" adopted by., thi3 Council on
April 7, 1958, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
1. That the last paragraph of maid Resolution be
amended to read as follows:
"Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered
to the City Clerk of this City on or before 2:00 o'clock
P.M. on the 12th day of May, 1958, said time being not
less than ten days from the time of the first publica-
tion of said notice. Bids will be publicly opened,
examined and declared on said day and hour by the City
Manager and the results reported to the City Council
at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on May 19, 1958."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 21st day of April , 1958,
by the following vote:
