RESOLUTION NO. 2636
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO VACATING AND SETTING ASIDE THE SALE OF
BONDS TO STONE & YOUNGBERG AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
AWARDING SUCH SALE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, County o£ San Mateo, State of California,
that
WHEREAS this City Council did heretofore, on the
5th day of May 1958, award to STONE & YOUNGBERG the sale of the
special assessment bonds to be issued in connection with the
Harbor Way Assessment District proceedings; and
WHEREAS there was a conflict in the notices given
in connection with the sale o£ such bonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, for the reasons stated in the
premises hereto, and for other good and sufficient reason, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
That the sale o£ bonds so awarded to STONE & YOUNG-
BERG be, and the same hereby is, vacated and set aside, and the
resolution awarding such sale, being Resolution No. 2635
passed and adopted on the 5th day of May 1958, be, and the same
hereby is, rescinded.

meeting of the City Council of the City o~ South San Francisco
