HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2643-1958 Signed CopyKWHW:EAW:JS :gb 4/25/58 RESOLUTION NO. 2643 A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS MADRONE AVENUE ¢ RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolu- tion of Intention No. 2608 adopted by the City Council of said City on April 7, 1958, was $10,951.5~, and following the opening of bids therefor, said estimate may be reduced to $ 9,342.00 . NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Director of Public Works reduce each of the assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of difference between said estimates, which change may either be made on the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment thereto. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held this 19th day o£ May by the following vote: regular , 1958, AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT, " G.
