RESOLUTION NO. 2661
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND
MODIFICATIONS IN THE WORK OF IMPROVEMENT FOR
HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS on the 7th day of July 1958 at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco a public
'hearing was held for the purpose of considering certain proposed
changes and modifications in the work of improvement for Harbor Way
Assessment District, which public hearing was held pursuant to the
provisions of that certain Resolution No. 2659 , adopted by
said City Council on the 16th day o£ June 1958 at a.regular meeting
thereof; and
WHEREAS no protests, either written or oral, were made
to the proposed changes and modifications in said work of improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that
said proposed changes and modifications in the work of improvement
for Habor Way Assessment District be, and the same hereby are,
approved and adopted, and that the additional work of improvement,
including the proposed added acquisitions, be, and the same is
hereby ordered to be, performed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the
7th day o~ July 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G.J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilie Cortesi,
Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
