A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOU~H SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING
THE FILING OF AN AHENDED ASSESSHEtr~ - -

b~iEREAS, a certain parcel of land to wiC: as
described in '*Exhibit A", attached hereto and hmreby incor-
porated herein and made a part hereof, upon which there is
mn unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued
and which has been subdivided and which the City Council, on
appiic&tion of the owner, desires to sesresate and apportion
u~pmid installmmnts of the orisinal assessment in accordance
w£ch the benefits to the several parts of the ori$inal parcel.
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Supmrtntendent of Streets, shall file with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or
parcel of land described to wit: as described in '*Exhibit
att&ched hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a
part hereof, includinsmap or RiOt plan showinS how such lot
or parcel has been divided, make said amended assessment so
that the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment
upon the orisinal lot or parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filinS of the said
report and amended assessment, the City Clerk shall fix a time
and pl&ce for hmarins upon the amended assessment and shall
&ive notice of the hearin5 by public&tion, said time and notice
shall conform to the requirements of Section 8732 of the
Streets and Hishway Code of the State of
