A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFIRMING
AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT - HARBOR WAY
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an
amended assessment and pursuant thereto the Director of
Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Street, has
filed with the City Clerk Report and Amended Assessment
of a lot or parcel of land pursuant to Resolution No.
2902 dated the 16th day of November 1959, which Report is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and includes the map or
plot plan showing how said lot or parcel has been divided
and the amended assessment so that the total amount of
the assessments of the several portions of said lot or
parcel are equal to the unpaid assessment upon the original
lot or parcel, and
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing
held as required by law and the City Council upon said
hearing held on the 18th day of January
19 $0 has determined that no objections brave been filed
and good cause exists for the making of said amended assess-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that the amended assess-
ment of Harbor Way Assessment District, as set forth in
the Report of the Director of Public Works, ex-officio
Superintendent of Streets, attached hereto, and the same
is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the re-
quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the
installments becomin& due on each component part of the
original parcel opposite a description of the respective
parcels so assessed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
January
meeting held this 18th day of
1959, by the following vote:
