DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco~
California~ that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the
City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
2567 adopted by the City Council of said City on January 6, 1958, as
amended, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913,
and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on March 3, 1958~ and
recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are
unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Im-~
provement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer
conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The Director of Public Works shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram
of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated
Assessment Numbers 12 and 13.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to
the several parts of the original lots or parcels and the total amount
of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or par-
cels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots
or parcels of land.
3. That Tuesda~ the 4thday of September, 1962, at the hour of
8:00 o'clock P. M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San
Francisco, California, be~ and the same are hereby, 'fixed as the time
and place for hearing said amended assessment before said Council.

4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time
and place of such hearing before the Council by publishing a notice
of said amended assessment twice in the South San Francisco Enterprise -
Journal~ a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in
the City, the first publication being not less than fifteen days before
said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th
