RESOLUTION NO. 3550
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, California, that
WHEREAS, said Council did on the 6th day of August, 1962,
adopt its Resolution ordering the Director of Public Works to make
and file with the City Clerk an amended assessment of all parcels
of property the former assessments .which, under Resolution of In-
tention No. 2567 adopted by said Council on January 6, 1958, as
amended, are designated upon the original assessment and diagram
confirmed by said Council on March 3, 1958, and recorded in the
office of the Supermntendent of Streets as diagram and assessment
numbers 12 and 13;
WHEREAS, said Director of Public Works did on the 6th day
of August, 1962, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with
the City Clerk an amended assessment and dmagram;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Tuesday, the 4th day of
September, 1962, as the time for hearing said amended assessment
and caused notice of sa~d hearing to be published twice in the
Enterprise-Journal, the first publication being fifteen days before
said hearing, as appears from the affidavit on file in the office
of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no
protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said
amended assessment were duly heard and considered by said Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment
and diagram filed with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to
resolution ordering same, be, and the same is hereby, ratified,
approved and confirmed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of said City
shall deliver said amended assessment to the Superintendent of
Streets, together with a certified copy of this Resolution there-
to attached, and said Superintendent of Streets shall thereupon
record such amended assessment with a certificate at the end
thereof by the City Clerk of said City that it is the amended
assessment approved by said Council on September 4, 1962.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the several
assessments in said original diagram and assessment that it has been
displaced by said amended assessment, giving its date~ and shall
credit upon such amended assessments all payments theretofore made
upon such original assessment. When said amended assessment has
been recorded the Superintendent of Streets shall cause the original
assessment involved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregomng resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held thms 4th day of September,
1962, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and G. J. Rozzi.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
