INC., as Lessor, and CITY OF SOUTH S~ FRAECISCO, as Lessee, that
the term of that certain lease wl~ich was entered into on the 15th
day of December, 1947, by and between BAk-SflOP~ A~USE~iEi'.T CO., INC.
anm CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRA?~CISC0, which lease relates to all those
certain lots or parcels of land in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San P!ateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots Fourteen (14) to Twenty-Three (23), inclusive,
in Block One Hundred Forty-One (141), as shown upon
that certain map entitled: "South San Francisco, San
~ateo Co. ,Cal., Plat No. l", which mao. was filed in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, California, ~.~arch l, 1~2, and recorded in
k~ap Book No. 2 at page 52, but excepting from said
lots or parc. els of lana the portion of said Block
numbered OneHundred Forty-One (141) described as
follows:
Cm~nencing at the northwest corner of said Block num-
bered One Hund~ed Forty-One (141); thence southerly
along the easterly boundary line of Linden Avenue
ninety (90) feet; thence at right angles easterly
and paralled to the southerly line of Baden Avenue
seveuty-five (75) feet; thence at right angles north-
erly and parallel to the easterly line of Linden Ave-
nue ninety (90) feet to the southerly line of Baden
Avenue; thence along the southerly line of Baden Ave-
nue seventy-five (75) feet to the point of beginning.
IT IS HhRE~ EXTEEDED for an additional period of six
months con~nencing on July 1, 1948, and terminating on December ~1,
1948, the rental for said extended perioa to be the sum of FIFTY
DOLLARS (:..~50.00) per month, payable in advance on the first day
of each and every calendar month of the extended term, and all
other terms and conditions of said lease to remain as therein set
forth.
