RE~OLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF TAXES
ON P~EAL PROP~ AC~AUII~ED B~ THE
CITY OF SOl]TH SAN FR~_NCISCO
WHEREAS, a request on behalf of the City of South San
~ancisco has been filed with this Board, requesting the
cancellation of taxes for the year lg51-1952 and subsequent
taxes assessed against the property therein described; and
~EREAS, the said City of South San Francisco acquired
the said property subsequent to the lien date for County taxes
for 19§1-1952, to be used for parkino~ lot purposes; and
WHEREAS, ever since said time said City of South San
Francisco has been and now is the lawful owner thereof:
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED as follows l
That all uncollected County taxes on the hereinafter
described property for the year 1951-1~52 and subsequent taxes
be, and the same are hereby cancelled, together with any penaltiee
and costs thereon,
The real property referred to is situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
and is particularly described aa followsl
Lots numbered FIVE (5) and SIX (~) in Block numbered
01~E HUI~DRED AI~D TWEETY-SIX (125) shown upon that
certain map entttled~
~South San Francisco, ~an Mateo Co., Cal. Plat ~o. 1,e
which map was filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County 0£ ~an Mateo, California, March 1,
and recorded in Map Book No. 2 at page ~2.
Regularly passed and adopted this 19th day of June, 1951
