REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AND SALE
AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AND
IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED AT 480 NORTH CANAl, STREET IN
THE AMOUNT OF $3.6,5 MILl,ION
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for acquisition of
property and improvements located at 480 North Canal Street in the amount of $3.65 million.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency approves a purchase and sale agreement for
acquisition of property and improvements located at 480 North Canal Street in the amount of $3.65
million.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute
the agreement on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco after
approval as to form by the Agency Counsel. The Executive Director is also authorized to execute the
Certificate of Acceptance on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th
of November 2003 by the following vote:
