2. Motion to confirm expense claims of November 12, 2003 in the amount of $59,550
3. Motion to cancel meeting of November 26, 2003
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Green: To approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.

ADIVlINISTRATION
Resolution authorizing purchase and sale agreement for the property located at 480 North
Canal Street
Agency Counsel Mattas stated that the resolution will reflect that the agreemer.t will be
approved to form by the Agency Counsel, explaining that a few non-substantive points
may change in the actual wording of the contract before it is executed.
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Matsumoto: A resolution approving a purchase and sale
agreement for acquisition of property and improvements located at 480 North Canal
Street in the amount of $3.65 million. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Green: To adjourn the meeting at 7:24 p.m. Unanimously approved
by voice vote.
