1. Motion to approve the minutes of February 11, 2004
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of February 25, 2004 in the amount of $208,182.69
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Garbarino: To approve the Consent Calendar, as submitted.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
3. Resolution authorizing the execution of a purchase and sale agreement for property
located at 310 Miller Avenue
Staff report presented by Norma Fragoso, Manager of Housing and Redevelopment.
In response to Boardmember Gonzalez's question regarding who will be managing the
property, staff explained that the Neighborhood Services Center is currently managing a
property on Commercial Avenue for the Agency and may also manage this site.
Motion-Green/Second-Femekes: Resolution No. 02-2004, approving the purchase and
sale agreement for property located at 310 Miller Avenue in the amount of $589,000.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.

Being no further business, Chair Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 7:07 p.m.
