Please note the date and time on the attached agenda. It is the policy of the Board to take no action on an item unless the applicant (or his/her representative) is present. It is also strongly advised that the design professional attend the meeting. PROCEDURE. The meeting will be held in the Betty Webber room within the City Building located at 33 Arroyo Drive. Enter the building via the main entrance fronting Arroyo Drive. Take a seat in the waiting area. You should be present at least 30 minutes before your scheduled hearing time. When your item is ready to be considered, you will be asked to enter the conference room, introduce yourself and give a brief description of your project. The Board will then discuss the proposal and ask any questions they might have. The Board does try to stay on schedule, but at times due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay. After the meeting, the Planning Division staff will finalize the Design Review findings and conditions of approval and official notice of the formal findings will be sent to the applicant. No work on the project should be undertaken until these findings and conditions are received. If the item is a Use Permit, Variance or PUD request, the findings will not be sent to the applicant; they will be included in the Planning Commission Staff Report. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, you may call the Planning Division, 877-8535.
