Resolution approving a revised purchase and sale agreement with Three Sisters Ranch
Enterprises, LLC, related to the property located at 480 North Canal Street
Staff report presented by Assistant Agency Director Van Duyn.
Motion-Femekes/Second-Green: To approve Resolution No. 05-2004, authorizing a
purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of property and improvements located at
480 North Canal Street in the amount of $5 million and amending the 2003-04
redevelopment agency budget. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
