RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED LIST OF PROJECTS
TO BE FUNDED BY ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT
(SB 1) FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 2034.
WHEREAS, the Road Repair and Accountability Act (SB 1) provides additional funding for streets and
roads projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted resolution 70 -2017 approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 -18
Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget; and
WHEREAS, the CIP projects identified in the proposed project meet the funding provisions of Streets
and Highways Code Section 2034.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby approve the proposed project list (attached hereto as Exhibit A) to be submitted to the California
Transportation Commission which will be funded by the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account.
At a meeting of the Special City Council on 10/11/2017, a motion was made by Richard Garbarino,
seconded by Mark Addiego, that this Resolution be adopted. The motion passed.
