AGENDA REVIEW
Executive Director Wilson requested Item #3 be moved from the Consent Calendar to
Administrative Business and Item #4 be addressed under City Council.
PUBLIC COMMENTS None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of June 9, 2004
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of June 23, 2004 in the amount of $18,339.31
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To approve the Consent Calendar, as submitted.
Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Fernekes and Vice Chair Green
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
3. Resolution authorizing lease agreements for 109 Longford Avenue to Shelter Network
and 312 Miller Avenue to existing tenants
Staff Report presented by Assistant Director Van Duyn
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To approve Resolution No. 08-2004 authorizing
lease agreements for 109 Longford Avenue to Shelter Network and 312 Miller Avenue to
existing tenants. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Fernekes and Vice
Chair Green
Resolution approving the use of the tax increment generated by the Downtown/Central
Redevelopment Project Area to pay for debt service on the South San Francisco
Conference Center site acquisition
Mayor Matsumoto announced that Item No. 4 would be held with Item No. 8 of the City
Council meeting and called for a recess.

Staff Report presented by Finance Director Steele
Motion-Gonzalez/Second-Garbarino: To approve Resolution No. 09-2004, approving the
use of the tax increment generated by the Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project
Area to pay for debt service on the South San Francisco Conference Center site
acquisition. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Fernekes and Vice Chair
Green.

Being no further business, Chair Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 8:38 p.m.
