The Board had the following comments:
1. Revise the project plans to provide additional access to the proposed trash enclosure through
the rear property line.
2. Consider adding a garage chute into the building.
3. Revise the building architecture so that each of the tower elements includes the corbel
ornamentation that is currently proposed on the northwest corner. Also include a similar
treatment on the door entrances on Linden Avenue.
4. The windows should be energy efficient with clear glass.
Recommend Approval with Conditions.

1. The Board liked the new design concept.
2. Some of the proposed landscaping species will not work at this location, so please replace
these with local alternatives that will grow 2-3 ft. in height.
3. For the front trees, replace the short growing bottlebrush trees with one of the following low
water use species: Swan Hill Olive, Arbutus Marina, or Tristania Laurina, each of which will
grow taller and scale with the warehouse building.
Recommend Approval with Conditions.
