1. Motion to approve the minutes of May 25, 2005
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of June 8, 2005 in the amount of $99,004.37
3. Resolution No. 16-2005, authorizing the use of tax increment revenues for public
improvements and the execution of a settlement and release agreement with the County
of San Mateo
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
