9. HR Activities Update: No Action.
A. LEAP Corner
B. HCM Systems Update
Leah Lockhart updated committee
regarding the Leadership Academy
coming in Spring 2019. Committee
is reevaluating programs and is
taking nominations for Leap All-
start to recognize employees who
are committed to a succession
development program.
Paychecks are now processed
through the new HCM system. HR
has taken on benefits administration
for its active employees.
Administrative support staff are
entering time in the system. The
next goal is to rollout employee and
manager self-service, along with
employee time entry, by
division/department.
10. Continued Business:
A. Recruitment Diversity No Action.
Discussion of City’s social media
presence, and the use of social
Media to promote the City. HR will
be working with the City’s
Communications Director to
promote the City as an employer.
