adopted September 20th, 1926.
The City Council of the ~ity of South ~an ~°rancisco do
ordain as follows~.
Section 1. Ordinance ~o. l~l of the City of South San
ffrancisco entitled, ~An ordinance of the City of South San ~rancisco
creati~g the office of building inspector, prescribing the duties
and providing for the issuance of building permits and repealing
Ordinance !~o. ll8 of said City, passed January 2, 1923, and Ordinance
L~o. 138 of said City passed June 15, 1925", passed a~d adopted
by the Board of Trustees of the City of ~ ~th San Francisco on the
20th day of September, 1926, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once in "The
Enterprise and .'z'he South Sa~z Francisco Journal", a n~wspaper of
general circulations, published a~,d circulated in said City of South
San Frm-~cisco, and shall take effect and be ir., force from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days after the date of its passage.
