The City Co~cil of the City of ~uth ~n Francisco do ordain as follows: ~ction 1. 0rdin~ce No. 160 of the City of ~uth San Fr~cisco entitled "~ o~inance re~lating the maintenance ~d operation of dog racing trac~s in the City of South ~n Francisco and providing for licensing of the same~ passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 5th day of July, 1932, is hereby amended by adding a new section the~to, to be n~be~d ll 1/2, which section shall ~ad follows: Section ll 1/2: No more th~ three hundred and fifty (350) racing greyho~ds shall be booked by such track for entry in ~y racing contest to be conducted during any one racing meet to be held at such track. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once in "The ~terprise and The ~uth San Francisco Journal", a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said$City of South ~n. Fran- cisco, and shall t~e effect and be in force from and after the expi~.tion of thirty (30) days from and after the date of its passage. ~ day of June, 1935.
