180 entitled: "An Ordinance R~gulating the
~aintenance and Operation of Dog Racing Tracks
in the City of South San Francisco and providing-
for Licensing of the same", adopted July 5, 1952,
and relating to License Fees.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco do ordain as
fOllows:
Section 1. section of said Ordinance No.
1O0, entitled "_An Ordinance regulating the
maintenance and operation of dog racing
tracks in the City of South San Francisco
and providing for licensing of the same",
adopted July 5, 19ZZ, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section §. The license tax to be paid
hereunder shall be T~ Hundred Fifty Dollars
($Z50.00) each day during which said race
track shall be operated under any license
which may be issued.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be published
~ once in "The Enterprise and the South San
~ Francisco J~urnal", a weekly newspaper
published and circulated in said City of
South San Francisco, and shall take effect
and be in force upon the expiration of thirty
~(Z0) days from and after the date of its
'passage.
