Regular Meeting of the Personnel Board

Welcome to a regular meeting of the Personnel Board. The following is a general outline of the
meeting procedures.
Communications received by noon on the Monday before the second Tuesday of the month the
regular meeting is to be held may be placed on that month’s Personnel Board agenda. The items
of business appearing on the Agenda are read in succession. There may be Board discussion/action
after completion of each item. When the Board has finished discussion, suggestions may be
offered. Participants will be permitted three minutes’ time to discuss the item. The Chairperson
will permit additional time if the discussion is not repetitious. Persons wishing to speak on any
subject not on the agenda will have time to discuss the item under Communications.
In accordance with California Government Code Section 54957.5, any open session agenda item
that is distributed less than 72 hours prior to a regular meeting will be available for public
inspection at the Human Resources Office in City Hall. If, however, the document or writing is
not distributed until the regular meeting to which it relates, then the document or writing is
available to the public at the location of the meeting, as listed on this agenda. The address of City
Hall City Manager’s Conference Room is 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080.
