ADOPTED JUI,~ 12th, 1939.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco do
ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 4 of Ordinance NO. 202 entitled "An ordi-
nance regulating blasting operations in the City of South San Fran-
cisco and providing for licensing of the same,- adopted June 12th,
1939, is hereby amended so that said section 4, as amended, shall
read as follows:
Section 4: No blasting shall be done on Sundays or
/
l~gal holidays, nor at any time than between the hour of ~ten
'clock a. m. and the hour of four o'clock p. m. of the same day.
Section 2': This ordinance shall be published once in
"The Enterprise", a weekly newspaper published and circulated
in t~e City of South .San Francisco, and shall take effect and
be in ~fo~ee on the expiration c~ thirty (30) days after the
date of its passage and adoption.
