Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC), Colma Creek Flood Advisory Committee,
Cultural Arts Commission, Housing Authority, Measure W Citizens' Oversight Committee
(COC), Parking Place Commission Parks & Recreation Commission, and Traffic Safety
Commission. (Rosa Govea Acosta, City Clerk).

i. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicants to the Bicycle and Pedestrian
Advisory Committee (BPAC). Council may appoint one (1) applicant to term expiring July
19, 2020.
Applicants: Bowen, Chheng, Denegri III, Lindskog and Yuen. Lindskog withdrew from consideration.
Councilmembers interviewed applicants Bowen, Chheng, Denegri III, and Yuen.
Motion—Vice Mayor Addiego/Second—Councilmember Nagales to appoint applicant Tommy Chheng
to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) for a term expiring July 19, 2020.
Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicant to the Colma Creek Flood
Advisory Committee. Council may appoint one (1) applicant to term expiring March 31,
2024.
Applicant: Mayfield. Councilmembers interviewed applicant Mayfield.
Motion— Councilmember Nicolas/Second—Councilmember Matsumoto to appoint applicant Ryan
Mayfield to the Colma Creek Flood Advisory Committee for a term expiring March 31, 2024.
Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
k. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicant to the Cultural Arts Commission.
Council may appoint one (1) applicant to term expiring June 30, 2020.
Applicants: Bowen, Holt and Zubin. Holt and Zubin withdrew from consideration. Councilmembers
interviewed applicant Bowen.
Motion—Vice Mayor Addiego/Second—Councilmember Nicolas to appoint applicant Sarah Bowen to
the Cultural Arts Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2020. Unanimously approved by roll call
vote.

1. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicants to the Housing Authority
Commission. Council may appoint two (2) applicants to terms expiring March 31, 2024.
Applicants: Able, Bowen, De Paz Fernandez, Ratcliff -Powell and Zubin. Abel and Zubin withdrew
from consideration. Councilmembers interviewed applicants Bowen, De Paz Fernandez and
Ratcliff -Powell.
Motion—Councilmember Nagales/Second—Vice Mayor Addiego to appoint applicant Luis De Paz
Fernandez to the Housing Authority Commission for term expiring March 31, 2024. Unanimously
approved by roll call vote.
Motion—Councilmember Nagales/Second—Councilmember Nicolas to appoint applicant Toni Renee
Ratcliff -Powell to the Housing Authority Commission for term expiring March 31, 2024. Unanimously
approved by roll call vote.
m. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicants to the Measure W Citizens'
Oversight Committee (COC). Council may appoint two (2) applicants to terms expiring
October 17, 2023.
Applicants: Brosnan, Ratcliff -Powell and Zemke. Councilmembers interviewed applicants Brosnan,
Ratcliff -Powell and Zemke.
Motion—Councilmember Matsumoto/Second—Councilmember Nagales to appoint applicant Michael
Brosnan to the Measure W COC for a term expiring October 17, 2023. Unanimously approved by roll
call vote.
Motion—Councilmember Nicolas/Second—Councilmember Nagales to appoint applicant William
Zemke to the Measure W COC for a term expiring October 17, 2023. Unanimously approved by roll
call vote.
n. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicant to the Parking Place
Commission. Council may appoint one (1) applicant to term expiring December 31, 2023.
Applicant: Malfatti. Councilmembers interviewed applicant Malfatti.
Motion—Vice Mayor Addiego/Second—Councilmember Nicolas to appoint applicant Jolene Malfatti to
the Parking Place Commission for a term expiring December 31, 2023. Unanimously approved by roll
call vote.
o. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicant to the Parks & Recreation
Commission. Council may appoint one (1) applicant to term expiring December 31, 2020.
Applicants: Aires, Bowen, Burgo, De Paz Fernandez, Denegri III, and Fung. Councilmembers
interviewed applicants Aires, Bowen, Burgo, De Paz Fernandez, Denegri I11, and Fung.
Motion—Councilmember Matsumoto/Second—Councilmember Nicolas to appoint applicant Michael
Aires to the Parks & Recreation Commission for a term expiring December 31, 2020. Unanimously
approved by roll call vote.

p. Discussion and consideration of appointment of applicants to the Traffic Safety
Commission. Council may appoint two (2) applicants to terms expiring December 31,
2023.
Applicants: Yuen and Fung. Councilmembers interviewed applicant Yuen and Fung.
Motion—Vice Mayor Addiego/Second—Councilmember Nagales to appoint applicant Justin Yuen to
the Traffic Safety Commission for a term expiring December 31, 2023. Unanimously approved by roll
call vote.
Motion—Councilmember Matsumoto/Second—Councilmember Nagales to appoint applicant Evelyn
Fung to the Traffic Safety Commission for a term expiring December 31, 2023. Unanimously approved
by roll call vote.
