CiZy of So~h ~ E~titled '~ Ordinance Regulating and Rela-
ting to th~ , Construction ~d ~iainten~ce of Advertising Stsc-
tu~s, ~' Plac~g and Maintenance of Signs in the City of South
S~ Franc~s~; Licens~g and ~gulating the Occupation o f Outdoor Adver-
rising; Providing for tl~ Issu~ce 0.f Permits az~d Fees Therefor; Requi-
ring t~ Per~ssion of tM Owner or Lessee of P~rty upon which any
Advertisi~ Structures or Sign is Located, ~ Providing Penalties for
"w~h Ordinance

the Violation of this 0rdin~ce,
No. 201 was adopted by said City Co~cil on the 1st day of May, 1939,
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordin~ce shall be published once in "The ~t~-
prise," a weekly newspa'0er, printed and published in said City of South
S~ Fr~c~co and shall take effect ~d be in force from ~d after the
e~iration of thirty (30) days after its adoption.
