DECE~BER 14, 1908.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 9 of said City of South San
Francisco entitled "An ordinance c~ncerning demands against the~
City of South San Francisco", passed and adopted by the Board
of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco on the 14th day
of December, 1908, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published by one
(1) insertion in "The Enterprise", a weekly newspaper of gen-
eral circulation printed and published in said City of South San
Francisco and shall take effect upon the expiration of thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption.
Introduced this ~ day of ~iarch, 1945.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
