Please note the date and time on the attached agenda. It is the policy of the Board to take no action on an item unless the applicant (or his/her representative) is present on the call. PROCEDURE Please note that this meeting is by teleconference only, and will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order N29-20 issued on March 19, 2020 allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act and pursuant to the Order of the Health Officer of San Mateo County dated March 31, 2020. Notice to Project Applicants: This meeting will be held via “GoTo Meeting”, when your item is ready to be considered, you will be asked to call into the meeting and introduce yourself and give a brief description of your project. The Board will then discuss the proposal and ask any questions they might have. The Board does try to stay on schedule, but at times due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay. After the meeting, the Planning Division staff will finalize the Design Review findings and conditions of approval and official notice of the formal findings will be sent to the applicant. No work on the project should be undertaken until these findings and conditions are received. If the item is a Use Permit, Variance or PUD request, the findings will not be sent to the applicant; they will be included in the Planning Commission Staff Report.
