A r,gular meeting of the Planning Gommission was held at the City
RaIl, on Wednesday, October 18, 1939.
Pre sent: Andrew Hynding, Chairman; 1\rlessrs. Kauffmann, Bartle tt,
Welte, Marshall, Coleberd, and J. G. Walker, Secretary.
The zoning maps and descriptions as prepared by Mr. ~rsball were
submitted for approval, but as aome exceptions were made and ap-
proved, Mr. Marshall was asked to a 1 tar the plana and r avisa the
descriptions, and submit same to 'the next meeting of the AS800i-
atlon.
No further business eorning forward, lVir. Hynding adjourna d the
meeting subject to oall of Secretary and Mr. MSrshall.
