A regular meating of the oouth San Francisoo Planning Commission
was held in the 01 ty Hall, Sq. San Franoisco, on Wednesday, Fab.
14, 1940, at 8:00 p.m.

ston, Adolph Sani, U.S. Marshall, and J. G. Walker t Secretary.
The minutes of the meeting of January 3, 1940, were read and
approved.

Gnats at Mushroom :I!'aatory: :Mr. Marshall reported tha t Dr. MaMills

not disoover any gns'w. He was under the impreSSion the owners of
the factory ware not very muoh enthused with the mushroom business
and Mr . Marshall said he would not be surprised if they closed down.
