G. DeNardi, 11. J. illsohel- baoh, L.IVlartinelli, A. Sani, U.s. Marshall, ill. E. Kauffmann, .A.J. "~VelteJ D.Vi. Ratto, and J. G. 'vialker, Seoretary. Guests:. Mr 1/1 Williams, Building Contractor, and Sub-Divider ,Mr. Wilsey and. Mr. Q.. B1. Broughton. The meeting was almost entirely taken up with discussion on the pro posed USouthwood. Sub-Division n as there ware differences of opanion as to wid the of etrsElts, curbs, sewers, ete. It was finsilly de- aided to visi t a sub-divis ion named IiSunnybrae If, in San Mateo, where ,a similar sat-up is, and vbe;re the streets are 26' wide and have suburban curbs; llIr. Ivlarsha11 and other members of the Plannin,g c'ommissionstrongly recommended tb.a t the main en trance to the ;:)ou thwood Sub-Division face directly ppposi ta the Orange Avenue entrance to South San :&'rStncisco. Mr. G. Del~ardi brought up the proposition of a Children's Plaiground on propert~ belonging to the Sou th San Frs nc i8CO Sohool District at the west end of Town. A Playground similar to those already located at other points in South San Francisco.. It was regularly mo"V'edand seconded and carried unanimously that the Planning Commission recom- mend to the C,i ty Council of South San Franoisco tha t a playgrotmd be located on School property at the Nest End of Town, and tbat.the 01 ty Council take the matter up wi th the So. San Francisco Sahool Trustees f(lr the purpose of' getting permiss ion to put theneeessary equipment on their pro party for this purpose.
