A spec! al meeting of the Planning Commi ssion of' the City of So. Sall! Franc isco
was held in the City Hall on 'Nednesday July 16, 1947 at 7 :30 P. M.
Present: .Mr. A. Rocca, in the Chair........Messrs: E. P. Keuffm.a.nn, Lantze, R. Za.netti,
A. J. Welte, J. Bracco, S. K. Robbins, Mr. Pekck of the Enginerrs office Mr. f. W.
Coleberd City Attorney, and J. G. Walker, Secretary.
Also ?.;Ir. nann, Mr. Wise of the Planning Specialists.
Minutes
The meeting of the June 30th 1947 minutes were read and approved.

setting forth tts find report, relating to the proposed rezoning of a certian area
of land in theei ty of So. San Francisco.
Lots membered
and 72 as shown upon that certain map entitled "Sought City
Village South San Franc iaco Califo mia whi ch map was filed in the offi ce of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California June 20, 1944, in Book 24 of Maps
at Page.
Propsed to Re-zoned from resedential to business asset forth in detail in the
resolution..
The above matter was referred to the City Planning Commission by the Ci ty Council
on the 8th day of July 47.
After m-eading the resolution it was regulary moved by Mr.
Zanetti, seconded by
E. P. Kauffmann and carried unanimously by,all present that the P~anning Gomrnission
submits its' final report and recorwlend the re-zoning of the land described as lots
mumbered seventy two (72) end seventy three(73) as Shown upon that ~er~ain map
recorded as before described; be zoned for business purposes, intead of resiq.emtial.
