Minutes The minutes of the Meetings of 10 and 1, 1948, were ~ead approved. Application for He-zoning Property at Oak and Grand .Avenues, South San Francisco The First Hearing was held regarding the above application for , and after consideration and lis teningto arguments for same , it was regularly moved by Mr. Lautze End seconded by J. Bracco, and carried, that th.e First Hearing be closed, and the next Hearings be held (as advertized) on May 12, 1948. Santo Cristo Society- ApplicatiEn for Amendment of Ordinance No. 260 After consideration of the above application, it was regularly moved by Ed.. Barrett, seconded by J. co, and carried unanimously, that Public Hearings be held on April 30, 1948, and May 12, 1948. Application for Variance or Adjustment of property owned by the City of S. S. F. The apove application (ini tiated b,y the Planning Commissi.on) for Variance or adjustment of property in High School Park Terrace, Blocks, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, was studied earedi:ully,.and after consideration, motion for resolution was made by Mr. Bracco seconded b,y Mr. Lautze. It was regularly moved by Mr. Bracco, seconded by Mr. Lautz8, and carried unanimously tha t the Variance be granted. Variance or .Adjustmen t of Property o~ned by !VIr. Geo. E. Lundburg The above application for Variance or adjustment on Lot 24, .Block 4, Parkway ~errace, 40xlOO feet, being 509 Magnolia Avenue, South San Francisco, was considered. Motion for Resoultion made by Ed Barrett, seconded b,f Ray Zanetti. Kirkes, Advertising Manager of the San Mateo 'Eimes, requesting the City Bouncilto take space in this Edi ti,on, as per rates quoted in Mr. Kirkest was read, and after consideration it was regularly moved by lfred Lautz8, seconded by Ed.. Barrett, and carried unanimously, that this a matter thcct should be pe.ssed upon by the Ci ty Council. lVIr. & Mrs. Frank Robinson were present, wi th plans for propesed Apartment Houses on their property on Grand Avenue, and they inquired as to re-zoning this property. 1ney were informed that if they would make applic.ation in the re~ular manner as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance, the matter would be given careful consideration by the Planning Commission. No further business coming forward, it was regularly moved, seconded e..nd cEl.rried that this meeting be adjourned until April 30, 1948, at 7:30 P.M. at which time the First Hearing on the Santo Cristo Society's Application would be held.
