OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISC0. THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of South San Francisco does ordain as follows: Section 1. Subject to the amendments and alterations hereinafter set forth, that certain ordinance entitled: "~lumb- ing ordinance of the County of San Mateo California", which was adopted by the board of supervisors of said County of San Mateo and became effective July l, 1940, is hereby adopted as the plumbing ordinance for said City of South San Francisc°. Three (3) copies of' said ordinance have been filed for use and examin- ation by the public in the office of the City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco. Section 2. ~herever, in said plumbing ordinance of the Count,y of San Marco California, inspection of plumbing works is provided for, such inspection work shall be performed by the building inspector of said City of South San Francisco. Section 3. Sec~ionL1.29 of said plumbing ordinance of the County of San Mateo, California, is hereby amended so that said section 1.29, as amended, shall read as fellows: For each fixture ~' $ $ 1:00 For septic tank installation 1.00 For owner's permit ~.00 For sewer connection 2.00 rTM I Section 4. Strict compliance with the terms and pro- visions of sai~ plumbing ordinance of the County of San Mateo, California, is required in all work to which said ordinance is applicable. Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once in "The Enterprise~, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City of South San Francisco, and shall take effect and be in force from and after the expiration of thirty (00) days after its adoption. 1946.
