The minutes of the meetings of June 9th~194em end July 14th.!l were read and
approved.

After discussion of the above, and no objections b~ng heard,Chair.man
declared the meeting closed.
Motien to entertain a resolution was made by Mr. J.Braeeo.
Begularly moved by Mr. Bracco, seconded by Mr. Venturi" and carried

A letter was reacl from the Vi ty Clerksubmi tting one from Mr. Williams of
the Jun~rican H~es Developmen t Company. together wi th a Map, and asking the
City of South ~an FranciSQO to $nRex tke parcel of Ian., as described in Mr.
Williams' letter- The roadway easeme:at proviaea in said d.escriptie is now
inel~edin a 70 toot wide roadway, and which the American Homes Development Co
otters for iedication.
After thorough consideration of letter amd a study of the Map, it was
regularly moved by Mr~ Robinson, seconded by Ed. B.rrett, and carried UD.oi:m.ously
that the Planning Commission recommends and approTes said map, provided the 70
toot roadway should continue a distance baok substantially to serve the Whole
area, as this is one of the main thoroughfare of the Master Plo. The Commissioa
further feels that the 8.nnaxation of the subjeot Daree1 should be taken in with
the general annexation of the whole area.

The Oommdseion stuiied the Sb,ove Map and after tull consideration, it was
regularly moved by lb.... V'enturi, seoonded by Mr. Bracco, and carr'ied unanimously
that the Oommdsaion approves the Tentative Map as submitted, supject to streets
being 60 teet wide, with a 40 ft. paved area, and that proper consideration be
given to all corners so that property ean be laid out to meet all requirements
in an A-I district. Also it there are two elevation streets same should be
Buff'iciently_. wide to aile. two ... Twenty foet paved sections.
