PRESENT: Schaur,Maher,Zanetti,Lautze,Ringue, Barett, Robinson. 4BSENT: BTACCO, Volante. Minutes of November 9th.1949. approved as mailed. COMMUNlICATIONS: Letter receivelt Major Dudley MUler of 237-Northwood regarding an tUlsightly fence on his next door neighbor side of .their yard. The chair instructed Secretary to inform Mr . Miller their was nothing the Commission could do in this case as the fence complied with the regulation of the Ordinance. UNFINISHED BUSIBESS: Public hearing opened regarding application of George Robinson of 626- May- fair Ave, to allow a variance of 3' to allow a garageto be built. No protest made hearing closed. Motion made and carried variance be granted, Public hearing opened regarding application of Joe Hardison of 34i- itA! St. for a variance in side prd,. house to be built on 25' lot, full size of lot Motion made and carried applicant be allowed to build 3' from north property line on south side ~ Motion made and carried to reset hearings for the rezoning of Grand Ave. from Chestnut to to Mission Road on the North and South side to January Iltht950 NEW BUSINESS: Public hea~ing opened for variance of Antonio Martin to allow a garage to be built 31 from Alley. Motion made and carried .,to grant application after December 14th,1949. Variance application of Sterling Terrace for 10' setback on several lot.
