ORDINkNCE NO. 295
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 269 OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY. /~
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 269 of the City of South San
Francisco, California, being the zoning ordinance of said city,
is hereby a~ended as follows:
The land in said city next h~reinafter described is
placed in the R-1 District. Said land consists of the land
described in that certain map entitled "Avalo~ Park South
San Franciscoe, which map was filed in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San A~teo, California, on the ?th day
of July, 1959, in Vol,~e 30 of Maps at pages 32, 33, and 35.
The land next hereinafter desdribed is rezoned from R-2
to R-3. · The land next hereinbefore mentioned is the easterly
forty (50) feet, front and rear measurements, of lots numbered
twenty-six (26) and twenty-seven (27), in block numbered ninety-
five (95), as shown upon that certain map entitled: "South San
Francisco San .~ateo Co. Ca~l. Plat No. 1", which map ~as filed
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California, March 1, 1892, and recorded in Map Book No. 2 qt
page 52.
Section 2.' This ordinance shall be published once in
The Enterprise, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in
the City of South San Francisco, and shall take effect and be in
force on the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption..
Section 5. This ordinance shall be published by
one (1) insertion in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said City of South San
Francisco, and henceforth the same shall be in full force and
effect.

Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco, this /~day of August, 19~9, by the
