The City Council of the City of South San Fran~T~o
does'ordain as follows:
.Section 1. Ordinance No. 315 of the City of South
San Francisco entitled: "An ordinance regulating public dances in
the City of South San Francisco," adopted April 2, 1951, is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 9 of said ordinance is hereby amended so that
said Section 9, as amended, shall ~ad as follows:
Section 9. All dancing at any public dance shall
cease immediately at 1:30 o'clock a.m. of any day, except. Sunday,
when such dancing shall cease i~ediately at 1~:00 o'clock mid-
night.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be publiahed once in
the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a weekly newspaper pub-
lished and circulated in said city, and shall take effect and be
in force on the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption.
Introduced this ~th day of June, 1951.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco this 18~ day of June, 1951, by the follow-
ing vote:
