It shall be unlawful for any minor person u~er the age of eighteen (18) years to loiter upon or about the public streets, avenues, alleys, parks, sq~res, or any public place between the ho~ of ten (lO) o'clock p.m. and the time of su~lse of the followir~ mo~ing, when no~ acco~anied leal guardian, by his paren~or other ~rson having the care and custody of such minor, except when the presence of such minor in said place or places is co~cted with and required by some legiti~te business, trade, pro- fession, or occupation in which he is engaged, including the time necessary for going to and ret~ni~ from such place of business in which such minor Is e~aged. SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the parent~ g~rdian, or other person havi~ the legal care, custody, or control of any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to allow or permit such person to violate any provision of this ordi~nce. SECTION 3. It shall be unlawful for any per- ach to assist, aid, abe~, or encourage any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to violate any provision of this o~i~nce. ~TION ~. Nhen any minor is found violat- i~ any of the provisions of this ordi~nce a prea~- tion s~ll arise t~t the parent, g~rdian, or other ~erSon having the aare and custody'of such minor allowed, permitted, assisted, aided, abetted, and encouraged such minor in such violation. SECTION 5. Each owner, agent, manager, or keeper of a hotel, boarding house, lodging house, tenement house, motor court, or apartment house shall immediately report to the police department of the City of SOUTH~SAN FRANCISCO the presence therein between the hours of ten o'clock p.m. and sunrise immediately following, of any and all minors under the age of eighteen (18) years, unless such minor or minors is or are accompanied by the parent, guardian, or other person having the care and custody of such minor or minors, and in making such report shall state to said police department the name, 'age, last-known place of abode of such minor or minors, and the names and residences of the parents, guardian, or other custo- dian of such minor or minors, or otherwise, insofar as such information can be ascertained from such minor or minors, or otherwise. SECTION 6. It shall be unlawful within the City of SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO for any proprietor, keeper, clerk, or any other person having charge or control of any cafe, tavern, restaurant, bar, eating place, drive-in restaurant, or public dance hall, to permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to loiter in said public place between the hours of ten (10) o'clock p.m. and sunrise immediately following unless such person is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other person having the care and custody of such minor. SECTION 7.
