None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of August 17 and August 24, 2005
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of September 28,2005 in the amount of $23,470.98
3. Motion to authorize issuance of construction bid for rehabilitation of property at 380 Alta
Vista Drive
Item pulled from Consent Calendar.
4. Resolution No. 20-2005, amending consultant agreement with Pinnacle DB, Inc., for Fire
Station 61 and approve budget amendment related thereto
Boardmember Matsumoto requested Item No.3 be pulled from the Consent Calendar.
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Garbarino: To approve the Consent Calendar, with the
exception of Item No.3. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Gonzalez.
Item No.3: Boardmember Matsumoto stated that at the request of Boardmember Gonzalez she
asked that the item be pulled. Boardmember Gonzalez has concerns regarding the
number of bathrooms in the home and wanted to know ifthe home would be rented to a
low-income family. Assistant Director Van Duyn stated that the home currently has 4.5
bathrooms and a lease arrangement will be made and it will be rented to an income-
restricted family.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Fernekes: To authorize issuance of construction bid for
rehabilitation of property at 380 Alta Vista Drive. Approved by voice vote. Absent:
Boardmember Gonzalez.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chair Green adjourned the meeting at 7:03 p.m.
