AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 269
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN I~RANCI~CO,
BEING THE MASTER ZONING ORDINANCE OF
SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco..~oes
ordain as follows:
Secti,n 1. Ordinance NOo 269 of the City of South San
Francisco, California, being the master zoning ordinance of said
City, is hereby amended as follows:
(~.j The zoning classification of the following designated
parcel~ of land is changed as hereinafSer indicated:
(a)That certain parcel or parcels of land consisting
of the easterly 25 feet of lot 36 and the westerly 25 feet of lot
37 in Block 83 of the original area of £he City of South San
Francisco (commonly known as No. 717 Grand Avenue in mid City)
is hereby changed from an R-2 classfication to an R-3 classifi-
cation°
(b) Those certain parcels of land consisting of all parcel
~l of Zone E, as designated on the map of the City of South San
Francisco, and lot I of Block 5 of Francisco Terrace Subdivisbn,
in said City, are hereby changed from an R-) and an R-1 classi-
fication, respectively, to a "U" classification.
Section 2. This ~rdinance shall be 'published as required
by law and shall take effect and be in force after the passage of thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption°

San Francisco at a regular adjourned meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 14th
day of June , 1954, by the following vote:
