' ~' ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TH£ ENTIRE LENGTH OF CYPRESS A~E BET~EN BADEN AVE~E A~ ARMOUR A~E~E, THI~ ~NE FROM CYPRESS A~E TO ~PLE AVE~E~ A~ ~URTH ~NE FROM CYPRESS AVE~E TO ~PLE AVE~E AS O~ ~AY THOROUGHFARES, A~ PEALING O~INANCE NO. 321 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~NCISCO, PASSED A~ ADOPTED ON JULY 9, 1951~ The City Council of the City of South San ~ancisco does ordain as f°llows: Section 1~ Ordinance No o 321 of the City of South San Francisco entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Cypress Avenue from Baden Avenue to Miller Avenue, Third ~ne from Cypress Avenue Maple Avenue and Fourth Lane from Cypress Avenue to Maple Avenue as One Way Thoroughfares", passed and adopted by the City Council of said City on the 9th day of July, 1951, is hereby repealed. Section 2. The entire length of Cypress Avenue between Baden Avenue and Armour Avenue, excepting all public thoroughfares intersecting with Cypress Avenue, is hereby established as a one way thoroughfare with vehicular traffic permitted to travel in a northerly direction only. Third Lane from Cypress Avenue to ~ple Avenue, excepting the intersection thereof with Linden Avenue, is hereby established as a one way thoroughfare with vehicular traffic permitted to travel in a westerly direction only~ Fourth Lane from Cypress Avenue to Maple Avenue, excepting the intersection thereof with Linden Avenue, is hereby established as a one way thoroughfare with vehicular traffic permitted to travel in an easterly direction only. Section 3. Any person, persons, or corporation who shall violate any portion of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misde- meanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding the sum of TWENTY-FI~ DOLORS ($25~00), or by impris- onment for a period not exceeding Thirty (30) days, or by ~th such fine and imprisonment. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published as required by law and shall take effect and be in force after the passage of thirty (30) days from and after its adoption. Introduced this llth day of April, 1955. Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of April, 1955, by the following vote: AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca.
