ordain am followm:
Section 1. It shall bo unlawful, during the one hundred
twenty (120)-day period relieving the admption of this ordinance,
to park any vehicle along the north slde of Parkway between Uaple
Avenue and Spruce Avenue.
Sectlon 2. Any person, persons, or cot, potation who shall
violate any portion of this ordinanoe shall bo guilty of a mis-
demeanor and, upon conviction thmrsof, shall bo punished by a.ftne
not exceeding the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), or by imprison-
ment for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such
fine and ~mprisonment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall, upon 1ts adoption, take
effect Immediately u an urgency mensure, a statement of the urgency
botng ns follows: The use of large trucks to haul great quantities
of earth along and upon said portion of Parkway ts Imminent, and,
in view of that situation, the continued parking of vehicles along
said portions of said streets during the time specified above
constitute a serious hazard tm the safety of persons amd property.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law.
