"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~AN-cE,~.T~::A~'
CISCO", PASS~ AN~ ~O~ ON AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San ~ancisco does
ordain as follows:
SE~ION 1. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353~ entitled:
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San ~ancisco"~ passed and
~dopted on August 10, 1954~ is hereby a~ended so that the following
described real property be rezoned fro~ its present classification
of "~-1" (Single Family ~esidential District) to 'C-l" classification
(Neighborhood Commercial District):
Lots 13 and 14 in Block 4~ Serra Highlands Subdivision
Unit2A~ as designated on the ~ap entit~d~ "Serra Highland~
Unit 2A, South San ~ancisco~ San ~teo County~
which ~ap was filed in the Office of the Recorder of San
~teo County on October 14~ 1954 in Book 40 of ~ps at
pages 23 and 24~ and Lots 15 and 16 in Block 4~ Serra ~igh-
lands Subdivision Unit 2B~ as designated o~ the map entitled~
"Serra Itighlands Unit 2B~ South San Francisco~ San ~ateo
County~ California"~ which ~ap was filed in the office of
the Recorder of San ~ateo County on June 22~ 1955 in Book
42 of ~aps at pages 44 and 45.
SE~ION II. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force following
the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
