regulated by applicable State law, as the same appears in Part 2 of
Division 11 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California,
thus rendering it unnecessary to impose additional local re~latory
measures~
NOW~ T~FORE~ IT IS ~BY O~E~D that said Ordinance
No. 123 of said City, passed and adopted on the 26th day of May 1924.~
as aforesaid~ be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Introduced this 6th day of February 1956.
