AN O~INANCE A~ING O~INANCE NO. 353 ENTITLED:
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN ~N-
CISCO~, PASSED AP~ ADORED ON AUGUST 10, 1~
The City Council of the City of South S~n Francisco does
ordain as follows:
Section I. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, entitled:
"ZoOming Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco", passed and
adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the following
described real property be rezoned from its present classification
of "R-I" (Single Family Residential District) to "C-I" classification
(Neighborhood Commercial District): All that property in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo., State of California, described
as fol~ows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Regli Tract, as
described and delineated on the map entitled
"REGLI TRACT, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", which map
was filed and recorded on May 8, 1924, in Liber
11 of Maps at Page 63, San Marco County Records.
Section II. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shal take effect and be in force following the
expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
