CALL TO ORDER:
7:30 P.M.

Williams
MEMBERS ABSENT:

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
STUDY SESSION
The current draft of the Genentech Master Plan was reviewed and discussed. The comments
were related to the Genentech staff which consisted of J. Panek, M. Edwards, P. Yee, J.
Baird, R. Mikawa, J. Appleyard and K. Kay.
Motion-Zellmer/Seconded-Lucchesi: To adjourn the meeting to July 1, 1993. It was
unanimously approved by voice vote. The meeting was adjourned at9:15 P.M.
